Your Company Idol | Corporate Talent Show… ALL Talents Welcome

What a perfect way to end a 3-4 day conference. Have try-outs on the fist day of the conference, complete with your company’s own Simon, Randy and Paula:) Of course, the try-outs will be recorded.

On the final eve of your conference, our very own Ryan Seacrest-ish Emcee will host the show, complete with all TV style A/V & Production as the Top 10 finalists perform live. Hybrid options, participation and voting is also available.

The Survivor Challenge

We will bring the TV reality show game to you! Your attendees will break off into teams and have to create team names, chants and T-Shirts to represent well! Energy=Points!

Then, your attendees will work together to overcome the challenges to survive on your corporate island. One difference, we don’t kick peeps off the island for failing… we give them points for Surviving the Challenge!

Sound Reinforcement | DJ Systems | Audio Broadcasting Equipment

VWG carries Yorkville Sound for main sound reinforcement. The twelve powered 15″ Full Range Speakers are great for filling a ballroom under 500 attendees and also for outdoor grounds coverage PA. We also own four 21″/18″ subs to shake the room:)

We utilize QSC powered speakers for boardroom/breakout applications. And of course, only Shure products for our Mic kits.

VWG also carries a JBL VerTec Line Array system. We do also, of course, house the latest and greatest DJ Systems and Software, should a traveling DJ come to town.

Screens, Projection & Video Cameras

VWG houses plenty of boardroom projectors… we prefer Eiki. We also use Panasonic for our larger 10ks and new Laser 12ks.

We use Da-Lite Fastfold Screens and Stretch Shape’s Spandex Fabric Screens for larger and creative applications

Finally, Panasonic 4K Cameras are used for IMAG and recording.

VWG has Denver’s first (that we know of) LED Panel Wall. We own twelve 2’x7′ Digital Display Signage Panels with internal memory. These units can also be brought together for a SEAMLESS 7′ high by HD (18’ish) Video Wall. This wall can also be flown.
